Membership applications are available to students who are interested in out services. Each potential member will be required to complete an application from which will be reviewed and the student will be informed of the decision immediately. If the student I qualified under the basic admission requirements of higher education institutions, they will have the optional of becoming an ACOE member.

The students will be assisted in finding and applying for an appropriate collage or university, sourcing financial aid/scholarships, and in taking the necessary tests and in understanding what life will be like in a new environment and culture. Members have access to ACOE services from Monday-Saturday.
